About the Role
Successful candidates will embark on a comprehensive 6-week training course, equipping them with the essential skills for delivering top-class safety and customer service. This training includes regular exams and culminates in Supernumerary flights, leading to the attainment of Cabin Crew Wings. As a member of the Ryanair Group cabin crew, there are extensive career advancement opportunities available, from Base Supervisor to Director of Inflight. The position requires flexibility to operate early and late shifts, with duties potentially starting as early as 5 am or ending as late as midnight.
Requirements

Must possess the unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.

Must be approximately between 5'2" (157 cm) and 6'2" (188 cm) in height.

Must be able to swim 25 meters unaided.

Ability to work hard, be flexible, and possess an outgoing and friendly personality.

Adaptable and comfortable working a shift roster, including early mornings and late nights.

Enjoy interacting with the public and possess the ability to provide excellent customer service with a 'can do' attitude.

Comfortable speaking and writing in English with ease.
