About the Role
The Cabin Crew member will be integral to Ryanair Group's operations, contributing to a high standard of customer service for a significant number of daily flights. The role is dynamic and rewarding, offering extensive career progression opportunities within the company, including potential advancement to Cabin Supervisor, Base Supervisor, Regional Manager, or Director of Inflight positions. While demanding, the position is supported by a favourable '5 on 3 off' roster pattern, competitive salary packages, and attractive travel benefits. Requirements

Unrestricted right to live and work in Albania and/or travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.

Height approximately between 157 cm (5'2") and 188 cm (6'2").

Ability to swim 25 meters unaided and assist another person in water.

Excellent customer service skills with a positive and adaptable attitude.

Comfortable speaking and writing in English, with the ability to pass an English Language Assessment.

A passion for travel and meeting new people.

Flexibility and adaptability to work various shift rosters.

No prior experience is necessary; a comprehensive 6-week training course will be provided.
