About the Role
As a vital member of the Ryanair Group Cabin Crew team, you will be instrumental in delivering best-in-class customer service and ensuring the safety and comfort of over 600,000 guests daily across more than 3,700 flights. This demanding yet rewarding position requires flexibility to operate both early and late shifts, sometimes reporting for duty as early as 5 am or concluding shifts near midnight. Successful candidates will embark on a comprehensive 6-week training course, preparing them to join a team of over 16,000 Cabin Crew members globally. Requirements

Hold the unrestricted right to live and work in Albania, and/or travel freely throughout the Ryanair network.

Height approximately between 5'2" (157 cm) and 6'2" (188 cm).

Ability to swim 25 meters unaided, and support another person in the water.

Comfortable speaking and writing in English, with the ability to successfully pass an English Language Assessment.

Adaptable and eager to work a demanding shift roster, including early mornings and late evenings.

Possess excellent customer service skills and a 'can do' attitude, enjoying interactions with the public.
