Cabin Crew – Tirana Base

Ryanair Group is expanding its operations in Albania and is seeking enthusiastic, hardworking individuals to join the team at the new Tirana base. Successful candidates will provide best-in-class customer service across an extensive European network, prioritizing passenger safety and operational excellence.

Position Overview

As a member of the Ryanair Cabin Crew, successful applicants will undergo a comprehensive six-week, internationally recognized training course. This role involves operating a demanding shift roster, including early mornings (starting as early as 5:00 AM) and late evenings (concluding around midnight). Candidates must be customer-oriented, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate a proactive, "can-do" attitude.

Key Requirements

  • Possess the unrestricted right to live and work in Albania and travel freely throughout the Ryanair network.
  • Height must be approximately between 5'2" (157 cm) and 6'2" (188 cm).
  • Ability to swim 25 meters unaided and provide support to others.
  • Proficiency in English (both spoken and written), with the ability to pass an English Language Assessment.
  • Hardworking, flexible, and adaptable nature.
  • Outgoing and friendly personality with a genuine passion for travel and meeting new people.
  • Demonstrable commitment to providing excellent customer service.
