This is an exceptional opportunity for dedicated individuals to launch a rewarding career in aviation. No prior cabin crew experience is required, as all successful candidates will receive comprehensive, fully paid six-week training. Upon successful completion, they will join over 16,000 Cabin Crew members across Ryanair's extensive network of over 90 bases, delivering best-in-class customer service to more than 600,000 guests daily on over 3,700 flights.

Requirements

  • Applicants must possess the unrestricted right to live and work in Albania and/or travel freely throughout the Ryanair network.
  • Candidates must be between 157 cm (5'2") and 188 cm (6'2") in height.
  • The ability to swim 25 meters unaided, demonstrating the capacity to support another person, is required.
  • A hardworking, flexible, outgoing, and friendly personality is highly advantageous.
  • Adaptability and willingness to work a varied shift roster are essential.
  • A genuine enjoyment of interacting with the public and the ability to deliver excellent customer service with a 'can-do' attitude are paramount.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English, demonstrated by successfully passing an English Language Assessment, is mandatory.
  • A passion for travel and meeting new people is desired.
