Cabin Crew Position - Tirana Base
Ryanair Group is expanding its operations in Albania and invites enthusiastic, hardworking individuals to join the team at the newly established Tirana base. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to a network of over 3,700 daily flights while delivering high-quality customer service.
Role Overview
Successful candidates will complete a comprehensive six-week, locally held training course. The position involves a demanding shift roster, requiring availability for early morning starts (from 5:00 AM) and late-night returns (up to midnight). Safety is the primary priority, and the role requires a dedicated, customer-oriented professional capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements

Unrestricted right to live and work in Albania and the ability to travel freely throughout the Ryanair network.

Height requirement: Between 5'2" (157 cm) and 6'2" (188 cm).

Ability to swim 25 meters unaided and provide support to others.

Hardworking, flexible, and outgoing personality.

Capability to work a shift roster.

Excellent customer service skills with a positive, "can-do" attitude.

Proficiency in English (written and spoken) with the ability to pass an English Language Assessment.
