Cabin Crew – Tirana Base
Ryanair Group is expanding its operations in Albania and is seeking enthusiastic, hardworking individuals to join the team at the new Tirana base. Successful candidates will provide best-in-class customer service across an extensive European network, prioritizing passenger safety and operational excellence.
Position Overview
As a member of the Ryanair Cabin Crew, successful applicants will undergo a comprehensive six-week, internationally recognized training course. This role involves operating a demanding shift roster, including early mornings (starting as early as 5:00 AM) and late evenings (concluding around midnight). Candidates must be customer-oriented, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate a proactive, "can-do" attitude.
Key Requirements

Possess the unrestricted right to live and work in Albania and travel freely throughout the Ryanair network.

Height must be approximately between 5'2" (157 cm) and 6'2" (188 cm).

Ability to swim 25 meters unaided and provide support to others.

Proficiency in English (both spoken and written), with the ability to pass an English Language Assessment.
