Cabin Crew Information Day

Interested candidates are invited to attend an upcoming Cabin Crew Information Day in Würzburg to learn more about the profession and interview with the recruitment team.

  • Note: Walk-ins are welcome. Applicants must hold the unrestricted right to live, work, and travel within the EU.

Role Overview and Training

Successful candidates will participate in a mandatory 6-week training course to develop fundamental safety and customer service skills. The program includes theoretical study, examinations, and supernumerary flights, leading to the attainment of Cabin Crew Wings. The role is demanding, requiring the ability to work rotating early and late shifts (ranging from 5:00 am to midnight).

Candidate Requirements

  • Unrestricted right to live, work, and travel throughout the EU and the Ryanair network.
  • Height requirement: Approximately 157 cm to 188 cm.
  • Ability to swim 25 meters unaided.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Adaptability to a shift-based roster.
  • Hardworking, flexible, and outgoing personality.
  • Commitment to delivering excellent customer service with a "can-do" attitude.
  • Passion for travel and interpersonal engagement.
