Role and Responsibilities
As a Cabin Crew professional within the Ryanair Group, the paramount responsibility involves ensuring the highest standards of safety and security, alongside providing an exemplary customer service experience for all guests. This demanding yet highly rewarding position requires individuals to operate both early morning and late evening shifts, with duty reports as early as 5 AM and returns extending past midnight on late rosters. Adaptability to a varied shift roster is essential.
The journey to becoming a qualified cabin crew member commences with a comprehensive 6-week training course. This intensive program equips individuals with all the fundamental skills required for their day-to-day role in delivering a top-class safety and customer service experience. The training includes regular examinations and culminates in supervised supernumerary flights, leading to the award of Cabin Crew Wings.

Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate for a Cabin Crew position with Ryanair Group will meet the following criteria:
- Applicants must hold the unrestricted right to live, work, and travel freely throughout the European Union and the Ryanair Network.
- Height approximately between 157 cm (5’2”) and 188 cm (6’2”).
- Ability to swim 25 meters unaided.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
