About the Role

As Europe's leading airline group, facilitating over 3,600 daily flights for more than 600,000 guests, the Ryanair Group is recruiting the next generation of Cabin Crew members to join one of its 90+ operational bases during the autumn and winter months. The Cabin Crew role is both fun and rewarding, yet it is also a demanding position where safety remains the paramount priority. Cabin Crew members are required to operate varied shift patterns, including early starts (e.g., 5 AM) and late finishes (e.g., midnight). A flexible and adaptable approach to working hours is therefore essential.

Successful candidates will embark on a comprehensive 6-week Cabin Crew training course. This intensive program covers all fundamental skills necessary to deliver top-tier safety and customer service. The course includes regular examinations and culminates in Supernumerary flights, leading to the prestigious award of Cabin Crew Wings.
