The Role of a Cabin Crew Member

A Cabin Crew Member at the Ryanair Group plays a pivotal role in delivering a top-class safety and customer service experience to all guests. Training and Career Development

The journey to becoming a qualified Cabin Crew Member commences with a comprehensive 6-week training course. This intensive program equips trainees with all the fundamental skills required for their day-to-day role, with a strong focus on safety protocols and customer service excellence. The course includes regular exams and culminates with Supernumerary flights, followed by the award of Cabin Crew Wings.
