The Role: Cabin Crew

Key Responsibilities:

  • Upholding the highest safety standards and operational procedures onboard Ryanair Group aircraft.
  • Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable travel experience for all guests.
  • Executing in-flight sales and other duties as required, contributing to a seamless passenger journey.
  • Collaborating effectively as a vital member of a dynamic cabin crew team.
  • Adapting to a demanding operational roster, which includes early morning starts and late-night finishes.

Training & Professional Development

Aspiring Cabin Crew members will undergo a comprehensive 6-week Cabin Crew Training Course. This internationally recognised programme equips individuals with all the fundamental skills necessary for the role, with a strong emphasis on critical safety protocols and premium customer service delivery. The training features regular examinations, culminating in supervised Supernumerary flights, and the prestigious awarding of Cabin Crew Wings upon successful completion.

Candidate Requirements

  • Applicants must hold the unrestricted right to live, work, and travel freely within the EU.
  • A height approximately between 157 cm (5'2") and 188 cm (6'2").
  • The ability to swim 25 meters unaided.
  • A hardworking, flexible disposition with an outgoing and friendly personality.
  • Adaptability and comfort in working a demanding shift roster, including early mornings and late nights.
  • Fluency in English, both speaking and writing, is essential.
  • A demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service with a proactive 'can-do' attitude.
  • A genuine passion for travel and meeting new people from diverse backgrounds.
