About the Role

As a vital member of the Ryanair Group's cabin crew, individuals will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of safety and comfort for over 600,000 guests daily across more than 3,600 flights. The airline is actively recruiting for Cabin Crew positions across its extensive network of 90+ operational bases for the upcoming Autumn/Winter season. Successful applicants will be invited to attend an in-person recruitment day upon review of their application.

The journey to becoming a qualified cabin crew member commences with a comprehensive six-week training course. This program is designed to equip individuals with all fundamental skills required for the day-to-day role, focusing on delivering top-tier safety protocols and a premium customer service experience. The course involves regular study and examinations, culminating in Supernumerary flights and the awarding of Cabin Crew Wings.

Candidate Profile & Essential Requirements

  • Possession of an unrestricted right to live and work within the European Union and the ability to travel freely across the Ryanair Network.
  • Height approximately between 157 cm (5’2”) and 188 cm (6’2”).
  • Ability to swim 25 meters unaided.
  • A hardworking, flexible, outgoing, and friendly personality.
  • Adaptability and willingness to work a varied shift roster.
  • A genuine enjoyment in interacting with the public, coupled with the ability to provide excellent customer service and a proactive ‘can-do’ attitude.
  • Proficiency in speaking and writing English with ease.
  • A strong passion for travelling and meeting new people.
