Core Responsibilities and Duties

The successful Cabin Crew member maintains dual focus on aviation safety compliance and exceptional customer care throughout all flight stages. Key responsibilities include:

• Upholding rigorous standards for both on-board and ground duties in strict adherence to Company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Executing and managing in-flight sales operations, including accurate cash handling and transaction reporting.
• Welcoming and assisting passengers with professionalism and a positive disposition throughout the flight experience.

Candidate Requirements

Applicants must meet the following mandatory criteria to be considered for a Cabin Crew position:

• Must be aged 18 or over.
• Possession of a high school degree or equivalent (Baccalaureate Degree is required).
• Demonstrated fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to achieve an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
• Possession of a valid passport with a minimum validity of six months and the legal right to work in the country of application (Romania/Malta base).
• Proven ability to swim.
• Must live or be prepared to relocate within 60 minutes of the chosen operational base and be ready to commute according to the work schedule.
• No visible tattoos or piercings on parts of the body exposed when wearing the company uniform.
• Exhibiting an enthusiastic demeanor and a genuine enjoyment for working extensively with people.

Note on Medical Examination: Candidates wearing glasses or contact lenses should be aware that a prescription exceeding +4 or falling below -4 may result in failure during the mandatory medical examination.
