Candidate Profile & Requirements

Prospective candidates for the Cabin Crew position must meet the following essential criteria:

• Must be 18 years of age or older at the time of application.
• Possess an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes, a crucial safety requirement.
• Hold a high school diploma (Baccalaureate Degree) or equivalent qualification.
• Demonstrate fluency in both written and spoken English, essential for international communication and safety protocols.
• Hold a valid passport with a minimum of 6 months validity remaining and possess the legal right to work in the country of the chosen base.
• Be able to swim unaided, an important safety capability.
• Be willing to reside within a 60-minute commute of the chosen base and commit to this commute according to the work schedule.
• Have no visible tattoos or piercings when wearing the company uniform, maintaining a professional appearance.
• Exhibit enthusiasm, a strong aptitude for working with people, and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Applicants should be aware that a prescription above +4 or below -4 for glasses or contact lenses may prevent successful completion of the mandatory medical examination required for this role.
