Candidate Requirements
Prospective Cabin Crew members must meet stringent physical, educational, and logistical criteria to ensure operational readiness and safety compliance. Compliance with these requirements will be thoroughly verified during the recruitment process.
Essential Qualifications:
- Must be aged 18 years or over.
- Ability to achieve an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- Possession of a High School Degree (Baccalaureate Degree or equivalent).
- Fluent proficiency—both written and spoken—in the English language.
- Holding a valid, unrestricted passport (minimum 6 months validity) and the legal right to work in the country of application.
- Ability to swim is mandatory.
- Must reside or be prepared to relocate within a 60-minute commuting distance of the chosen base, prepared to make this journey according to the work schedule.
- No visible tattoos or piercings on parts of the body exposed when wearing the company uniform.
- Demonstrates an enthusiastic personality and a genuine enjoyment for working with people.
- Note: Candidates who wear glasses or contact lenses with a prescription above +4 or below -4 are advised that they may be unlikely to pass the mandatory medical examination required for the role.
