Role Responsibilities

Maintain a primary focus on safety and customer care.

Perform onboard and ground duties in strict compliance with company policies.

Manage in-flight sales and cash handling.

Provide welcoming, professional service to passengers throughout the flight.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 18 years of age.

High school degree or equivalent.

Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Ability to reach 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.

Ability to swim.

Valid passport without limitations (minimum 6 months validity) and legal right to work in the country of application.

Reside or be willing to relocate within 60 minutes of the chosen base.

No tattoos or piercings visible while wearing the company uniform.

Medical suitability: Candidates with vision prescriptions above +4 or below -4 are unlikely to pass the mandatory medical examination.
Recruitment Day Instructions
Attendance is required for the full duration of the event, which may extend into the late afternoon. Applicants must arrive on time and bring an updated English CV featuring an ID photo. Note: This event is open to candidates applying for Wizz Air Malta bases; those interested in other network bases should attend a locally hosted recruitment event.
