Essential Candidate Requirements

Successful applicants for this aviation career must meet the following mandatory criteria:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Possession of a High School Diploma (Baccalaureate Degree).
  • Demonstrated fluency in both written and spoken English.
  • Must achieve an unencumbered arm reach of 210 cm when standing on tiptoes.
  • Must hold a valid, limitation-free passport (with a minimum validity of 6 months) and possess the legal right to work within the country corresponding to the applied base.
  • The ability to swim proficiently is mandatory.
  • The candidate must reside or be prepared to relocate within a 60-minute commuting distance of the chosen base, prepared to undertake this commute based on the work schedule.
  • The absence of visible tattoos and/or piercings on body parts that would be exposed when wearing the prescribed uniform.
  • A naturally enthusiastic disposition and a genuine enjoyment of working collaboratively with the public.
  • Medical Disclaimer: Candidates with vision prescriptions exceeding +4 or falling below -4 are strongly advised that they are unlikely to meet the standards required for the mandatory aviation medical examination.
