Training and Career Progression

New Cabin Crew members will commence their journey with a comprehensive 6-week internationally recognised training course. This intensive program covers all fundamental skills required for the role, encompassing safety protocols and customer service excellence, culminating in Supernumerary flights and the official award of Cabin Crew Wings. Candidate Requirements

Prospective Cabin Crew members should meet the following criteria:

  • Hold an unrestricted right to live and work in the EU, with the ability to travel freely throughout the Ryanair network.
  • Possess a height approximately between 157 cm (5'2") and 188 cm (6'2").
  • Be capable of swimming 25 meters unaided.
  • Demonstrate a hardworking, flexible, and outgoing personality.
  • Exhibit adaptability and willingness to work a demanding shift roster, including early mornings (reporting as early as 5 AM) and late evenings (returning home as late as midnight).
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills and a proven ability to provide superior customer service with a 'can-do' attitude.
  • Be comfortable speaking and writing English with ease.
  • Harbor a genuine passion for travel and meeting diverse individuals.
