The Role

The Cabin Crew position is a vital role focused on delivering an exceptional safety and customer service experience to guests. Training and Career Progression

Requirements

Applicants for the Cabin Crew position must meet the following criteria:

  • Possess the unrestricted right to live and work within the EU and be able to travel freely throughout the Ryanair network.
  • Maintain a height approximately between 157 cm (5’2”) and 188 cm (6’2”).
  • Demonstrate the ability to swim 25 meters unaided.
  • Exhibit a hardworking, flexible, outgoing, and friendly personality.
  • Be adaptable and willing to work a variable shift roster, including early mornings and late evenings.
  • Possess a strong customer-service orientation, enjoying interactions with the public, and demonstrating a 'can-do' attitude.
  • Be proficient in both spoken and written English.
  • Have a genuine passion for travelling and meeting diverse individuals.
