Requirements

• Candidates must possess the unrestricted legal right to live and work within the EU and/or travel freely across the entire Ryanair network.
• A height requirement of approximately 157 cm (5’2”) to 188 cm (6’2”) is applicable.
• The ability to swim 25 meters unaided, while also demonstrating the capacity to support another individual in water, is essential.
• Prospective Cabin Crew members should be hardworking, flexible, and possess an outgoing, friendly personality.
• Demonstrated adaptability and willingness to work a dynamic shift roster.
• A genuine enjoyment of interacting with the public, coupled with the ability to consistently deliver excellent customer service and a proactive ‘can-do’ attitude.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English, with the capacity to successfully pass an English Language Assessment.
• A strong passion for travel and a genuine interest in meeting new people.
