Prospective Cabin Crew members will be considered for positions across Ryanair Group's extensive network of over 90 operational bases, with recruitment opportunities available for the Autumn/Winter months. Successful applicants will be invited to attend an In-Person Recruitment Day, scheduled for 09 October 2025, following a thorough review of their application.

The journey to becoming a qualified Cabin Crew member begins with a comprehensive 6-week training course, meticulously designed to equip individuals with the fundamental skills required to provide top-tier safety and customer service. This rigorous program includes regular examinations and culminates in Supernumerary flights, leading to the coveted Cabin Crew Wings.

Requirements

Candidates interested in this Cabin Crew opportunity must meet the following essential criteria:

  • Hold an unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and possess the ability to travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.
  • Maintain a height approximately between 157 cm (5’2”) and 188 cm (6’2”).
  • Be able to swim 25 meters unaided.
  • Exhibit a hardworking, flexible, outgoing, and friendly personality.
  • Demonstrate adaptability and willingness to work a dynamic shift roster.
  • Possess a genuine enjoyment for engaging with the public and a proven ability to deliver excellent customer service with a 'can-do' attitude.
  • Be comfortable and proficient in both spoken and written English.
