Position Overview

Role Description and Responsibilities

The Cabin Crew member is entrusted with a critical role in upholding the Group’s unwavering commitment to safety, which remains the number one priority. Responsibilities include delivering a safe, efficient, and professional inflight experience for all passengers, and actively contributing to onboard sales initiatives.

The position is demanding and requires exceptional commitment to flexibility and resilience. Crew members must be prepared to operate a dynamic shift roster, which includes both early morning duties (requiring reporting as early as 05:00) and late-night operations (returning as late as midnight). If an applicant is not comfortable with demanding shift work, careful consideration before application is advised. Essential Candidate Requirements

  • The candidate must possess the unrestricted legal right to live and work within the European Union (EU).
  • Height must be within the range of 157 cm (5’2”) to 188 cm (6’2”).
  • Demonstrable proficiency in the English language, both spoken and written.
  • Ability to swim 25 meters unaided is mandatory.
  • Possession of an outgoing, friendly personality, coupled with a high level of enthusiasm.
  • Proven ability to provide excellent customer service with a proactive ‘can-do’ attitude.
  • The flexibility and adaptability required to work a shift roster, including early starts and late finishes.
