Ryanair Future Cabin Crew Programme

Ryanair, Europe's largest airline group, is seeking applications for its Future Cabin Crew Programme. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a team of over 16,000 Cabin Crew members, delivering exceptional customer service to over 600,000 guests on more than 3,600 flights daily across Ryanair's expansive network of 90+ operational bases.

Ryanair offers not only attractive benefits such as unlimited discount travel across 250+ destinations, an industry-leading '5 on 3 off' roster, and competitive salary packages, but also world-class, complimentary training.

No prior experience is required. The comprehensive training courses provide candidates with the essential skills to deliver a safe and superior in-flight experience. Upon completion, graduates will receive their 'Cabin Crew Wings' and embark on their journey in the skies.

Life as Cabin Crew is both enjoyable and rewarding; however, it is a demanding role where safety is paramount. Cabin Crew members must be prepared to work early and late shifts, potentially starting as early as 5 am or returning home at midnight. Candidates should be customer-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

The Ryanair Future Cabin Crew Programme offers an opportunity for aspiring candidates to express interest in joining a "hold pool" for future Cabin Crew training courses. Successful applicants will be invited to an online interview and, if successful, will be prioritized for placement on upcoming training courses. Regular updates regarding course availability and location preferences will be provided.

To progress with the application, candidates must complete an Online English test and a Situational Judgement Questionnaire.
