Requirements

Candidates applying for this esteemed Cabin Crew position must meet the following essential criteria:

• Possess the unrestricted legal right to live and work in Albania and/or travel freely across the extensive Ryanair Group network.
• Demonstrate a minimum of one year of prior experience as Cabin Crew with a recognized, established airline.
• Meet height requirements, approximately between 157 cm (5'2") and 188 cm (6'2").
• Exhibit the ability to swim 25 meters unaided and support another individual in water.
• Be hardworking, highly flexible, and possess an outgoing, friendly demeanor.
• Demonstrate adaptability and a willingness to operate a dynamic shift roster.
• Possess a genuine enthusiasm for engaging with the public and an unwavering commitment to delivering excellent customer service with a proactive 'can-do' attitude.
• Be proficient in both spoken and written English, capable of successfully passing a comprehensive English Language Assessment.
• Harbor a strong passion for travel and interacting with diverse individuals from various backgrounds.
