The Opportunity: Cabin Crew

This role presents an exceptional chance for individuals to embark on a rewarding career in aviation, even without prior experience. All successful candidates will undergo a comprehensive six-week training course, equipping them with the necessary skills and knowledge. Upon completion, new Cabin Crew members will join a dynamic workforce of over 16,000 colleagues across Ryanair's network of more than 90 bases, collectively serving over 600,000 guests on more than 3,700 flights daily.

While life as Cabin Crew is both fun and rewarding, it is also a demanding position where safety remains the number one priority. Cabin Crew members are required to operate both early and late shifts, which may involve reporting for duty as early as 5 AM on early rosters and potentially not returning home until midnight on afternoon rosters. The role demands individuals who are highly customer-oriented, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and possess considerable enthusiasm.

As a Cabin Crew member, the successful candidate will:

Candidate Requirements

To be considered for this exciting Cabin Crew opportunity, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Hold the unrestricted right to live and work in Albania and/or travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.
  • Be approximately between 5'2" (157 cm) and 6'2" (188 cm) in height.
  • Possess the ability to swim 25 meters unaided and to support another person in the water.
  • Demonstrate a hardworking, flexible, outgoing, and friendly personality.
  • Be adaptable and comfortable working a shift roster, including early mornings and late nights.
  • Enjoy interacting with the public and have the capacity to provide excellent customer service with a proactive 'can-do' attitude.
  • Be proficient in speaking and writing English, with the ability to successfully pass an English Language Assessment.
  • Exhibit a passion for travelling and meeting new people.
