Essential Requirements for Cabin Crew Applicants
- Applicants must possess the unrestricted right to live and work in Albania and/or travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.
- Minimum height requirement is approximately 5'2" (157 cm) and a maximum of 6'2" (188 cm).
- Applicants must be able to swim 25 meters unaided and be capable of supporting another person in water.
- A hardworking, flexible, outgoing, and friendly personality is highly beneficial.
- Adaptability and a willingness to work a shift roster are essential.
- Enjoyment of public interaction and the ability to deliver excellent customer service with a 'can-do' attitude are crucial.
- Proficiency in speaking and writing English is required, with the ability to successfully pass an English Language Assessment.
