Application and Assessment Details

Essential Requirements for Cabin Crew Applicants

  • Applicants must possess the unrestricted right to live and work in Albania and/or travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network.
  • Minimum height requirement is approximately 5'2" (157 cm) and a maximum of 6'2" (188 cm).
  • Applicants must be able to swim 25 meters unaided and be capable of supporting another person in water.
  • A hardworking, flexible, outgoing, and friendly personality is highly beneficial.
  • Adaptability and a willingness to work a shift roster are essential.
  • Enjoyment of public interaction and the ability to deliver excellent customer service with a 'can-do' attitude are crucial.
  • Proficiency in speaking and writing English is required, with the ability to successfully pass an English Language Assessment.
  • A genuine passion for travel and meeting new people is a significant asset.
