Recruitment Day Information

Candidates must arrive punctually. The recruitment process may extend until late afternoon.
An updated English CV with an ID photo is required.
Attendance is permitted regardless of the base applied for within Wizz Air Malta. For other network bases, local recruitment events should be attended.

Responsibilities of a Wizz Air Flight Attendant:

Prioritize safety and customer care.
Execute on-board and ground duties in accordance with company policies.
Manage in-flight sales and cash handling.
Welcome and assist passengers during flights.
Uphold company values: dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity.
Become part of a large team of aviation professionals.

Requirements:

Minimum age of 18 years.
An arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
High school degree.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
A valid passport with no limitations (minimum 6 months validity) and the legal right to work in the country of application.
Ability to swim.
Residence or readiness to relocate within 60 minutes of the chosen base, accommodating work schedules.
No visible tattoos or piercings when wearing the uniform.
An enthusiastic personality with a preference for working with people.
Note: Candidates wearing glasses or contact lenses with a prescription exceeding +4 or below -4 may not pass the medical examination.
