Aviation professionals are invited to apply for the position of Flight Attendant. This role is based in Abu Dhabi, UAE, and requires an individual dedicated to delivering the highest standards of safety and customer service onboard RoyalJet aircraft. The successful candidate will contribute to consistent service excellence by performing well under pressure, successfully prioritizing multiple tasks, and exceeding guest expectations and requests.

Operational Accountabilities:

The Flight Attendant understands the critical importance of safety and exceptional customer service, along with the demands of a crew member in a non-scheduled and challenging operational environment. They will be capable of working under pressure while remaining calm and flexible. Responsibilities include executing all aspects of onboard service according to the Cabin Service Manual and delivering the highest standards of service excellence, safety, and security. They will communicate observations and VIP feedback to Lead Flight Attendants to ensure accurate guest profiles and provide applicable suggestions. Continuous professional development is essential to stay updated on the latest trends and requirements related to private aviation. The role requires maintaining valid mandatory documentation and adhering to company policies and confidentiality procedures.

Application Requirements:

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Prior cabin crew experience within a recognized international airline, with premium zone experience preferred.
  • Completion of Ab Initio, SEP, Service, First Aid, and CRM trainings.
  • Possession of a valid flying crew license is preferable.
  • Current flying crew or a maximum of one year out of service (with sound, justifiable reasons).
  • Impeccable grooming and etiquette.
  • Minimum of a High School certificate; a university degree is preferred.
  • Excellent command of the English language; additional languages are considered an asset.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication, along with planning, organizational, and integration skills.
  • Strong organizational commitment and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Intermediate level of computer skills.
