Role Overview
Riyadh Air is seeking a Cabin Crew Planning Specialist to lead the strategic and operational planning of cabin crew resources. This role is responsible for the design of optimized pairings, the creation of legal and cost-effective rosters, and the integration of training schedules to ensure safe and efficient airline operations.
The successful candidate will design and govern the crew scheduling process in alignment with GACA regulations, company policies, and operational requirements. This role requires close collaboration with departments such as Training, Cabin Crew Performance Management, IOCC, and People and Culture to maintain crew readiness, welfare, and operational continuity.
Key Responsibilities

Analyze operational data to improve planning accuracy, minimize risks, and enhance roster productivity.

Oversee regulatory compliance, ensuring timely crew training and license renewals.

Manage manpower forecasts in response to fleet changes and seasonal demand.

Collaborate with stakeholders on flight status communication to ensure alignment and smooth operational execution.

Assess planning processes to identify areas for improvement and implement automation to increase efficiency.
Candidate Requirements

Degree qualification.

Minimum of 4 years of experience in Crew Planning, Crew Scheduling, or Manpower Resource Planning within a commercial airline.

Demonstrated experience in data analysis, roster optimization, and regulatory compliance within a fast-paced airline environment.

Strong understanding of aviation regulations, GACA requirements, and operational planning best practices.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for planning, reporting, and analysis.

Experience with NetLine Crew is highly desirable.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
