Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate is a natural communicator with a passion for high-tier service and a steadfast commitment to guest safety. Applicants must demonstrate the following qualifications:
- Age: Minimum 21 years old.
- Education: High school certificate or higher.
- Experience: At least one year of experience in a hospitality or customer-facing role.
- Physical Attributes: Minimum height of 160 cm with an arm reach of 212 cm.
- Language: Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are considered an asset.
- Competencies: Must be a confident swimmer capable of utilizing flotation devices.
- Presentation: Professional appearance with no visible tattoos or piercings while in uniform.
- Legal & Relocation: Must meet Saudi employment visa requirements and be willing to relocate to Riyadh.
