About the Role
The Cabin Crew member will serve as an ambassador for the airline, dedicated to fostering customer loyalty and promoting a positive corporate image by consistently enhancing the overall passenger experience. Key responsibilities include ensuring passenger safety and comfort throughout the flight, maintaining high levels of productivity in line with company policies, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities

Ensuring timely attendance, proper grooming, and fitness for assigned flights.

Attending pre-flight briefings to review flight details, role distribution, and security checks.

Instructing passengers on safety procedures and ensuring their well-being.

Identifying and addressing safety and security risks in coordination with the Cabin Supervisor.

Administering first aid as necessary.

Promptly reporting any irregularities or malfunctions to the relevant personnel.

Assisting passengers with boarding and logging necessary flight data.

Attending to passenger requests, pre-bookings, and individual needs.

Identifying and assisting passengers experiencing difficulties.

Maximizing onboard revenue through the promotion of onboard meals, products, and charity programs.

Handling cash and credit card transactions securely.

Conducting pre-flight checks of supplies and equipment, reporting any deficiencies.

Ensuring cabin cleanliness and appropriate re-catering at transit stations.

Facilitating smooth handovers with catering, cleaning, and maintenance staff.

Completing post-flight reports and assessments.

Accounting for passenger conduct and performing Cabin Supervisor duties when designated.

Maintaining professional knowledge and license validity through ongoing training.
Requirements

Age: 20-29 for non-experienced crew; up to 33 for experienced crew.

Minimum Height: 160 cm (Female), 170 cm (Male).

Weight in proportion to age and height.

Clear skin with no visible marks or tattoos when in uniform.

Medically and physically fit for Cabin Crew duties.

Ability to swim with the aid of a flotation device.
Qualifications

Diploma or Higher Secondary Certificate; a diploma in Travel/Tourism is advantageous.

Training in First Aid, Safety, and Emergency Procedures is a plus.

Fit to fly with good general health, free from serious medical conditions.

Presentable, friendly, and able to maintain a positive attitude under stress.

Customer service-oriented with the ability to understand and meet passenger needs.

Capable of handling difficult situations and customers professionally.

Focused, efficient, and committed to achieving successful outcomes in emergencies.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; other languages are an advantage.

Work Experience
