Cabin Crew Performance Manager
Job Summary:
The Cabin Crew Performance Manager is responsible for ensuring the efficient, safe, and secure operation of cabin activities, adhering to all applicable regulations, regulatory authority guidelines, and standards set by HKA, IOSA, ISO, and other relevant organizations. The individual will conduct investigations, facilitate counseling sessions, and organize interviews related to disciplinary matters. This role involves researching and analyzing areas for performance improvement, managing crew performance records, and coordinating administrative functions. The manager also monitors cabin crew attendance and productivity, identifies attendance issues, and arranges necessary medical examinations and counseling. Assistance with audit control checks and manual updates for ISO compliance is also expected. Additional ad hoc duties may be assigned as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct investigations and counseling sessions with appropriate follow-up actions.
- Organize and facilitate interviews pertaining to disciplinary issues.
- Research and analyze areas to enhance overall performance.
- Ensure the safety and security of cabin operations, aligning with applicable regulations, regulatory authority guidelines, and HKA, IOSA, and ISO standards.
- Maintain and manage the crew performance record, consolidating and preparing annual performance results.
- Organize and coordinate administrative functions, including leave management and budget oversight.
- Monitor cabin crew attendance and productivity through the administration of the Attendance Management Program (AMP), including data analysis, crew profile reviews, roster analysis, and the implementation of corrective measures.
- Identify crew members with attendance concerns (high levels or patterned absences), plan and organize AMP meetings.
- Arrange medical examinations with the company-designated physician, conduct phone interviews, provide ad hoc counseling, and manage other necessary follow-up actions.
- Assist in audit control checks and ensure compliance.
- Assist in manual updates for ISO compliance.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of five years of cabin crew or airline-related experience, coupled with supervisory management experience.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Putonghua preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing.
- Demonstrated strong communication skills and techniques.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Exemplary work ethic and professional behavior.
- Candidates with less experience may be considered for Cabin Crew Performance Officer positions.
