Role Purpose:

The Flight Attendant is responsible for carrying out inflight safety and security procedures, conducting in-flight food and beverage sales, and duty-free sales. The Flight Attendant works as an integral part of a team to deliver exceptional customer service, fulfilling passenger needs and addressing inquiries.

The Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and attributes:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Possession of a Bachelor’s degree or higher is preferred. A high school diploma or equivalent accompanied by at least one year of flight attendant experience will also be considered.
• Must have a minimum arm-reach of 208cm on tiptoe.
• Must possess the physical fitness necessary to pass the pre-employment medical assessment.
• Must demonstrate fluency in English and at least one Asian language.
• Must have obtained one of the following valid English Proficiency qualifications: TOEIC score of 325 for both reading and listening or above (within 2 years); TOEFL score 60 or above (within 2 years); IELTS 5.0 or above (within 2 years); or SPM with credit in English.
• Previous experience in the airline, hospitality, or service industry is advantageous.
• Must have no criminal record and meet all relevant aircrew background check requirements.
