This position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented Aviation Performance Specialist responsible for maintaining operational efficiency and ensuring compliance within cabin operations. He/She conducts investigations and counseling sessions with appropriate follow-up, as well as organizes and facilitates interviews related to disciplinary matters. The Aviation Performance Specialist researches and analyzes areas for performance improvement and ensures the safety and security of cabin operations, adhering to all applicable regulations, regulatory authority guidelines, and standards of HKA, IOSA, ISO, and other relevant bodies.
The incumbent maintains and manages crew performance records, consolidating and preparing annual performance results. Administrative functions, including leave matters and budget oversight, are also integral to this role. He/She monitors cabin crew attendance and productivity through administration of the Attendance Management Program (AMP), conducting data analysis, reviewing crew profiles and rosters, and implementing necessary corrective measures. Identifying crew members with attendance concerns, planning and organizing AMP meetings, arranging medical examinations, conducting phone interviews, providing ad hoc counseling, and managing follow-up actions are also key responsibilities. This individual also assists in audit control checks and compliance, including manual updates for ISO. Additional ad hoc duties may be assigned as needed.
