Role Purpose:
The successful candidate will be responsible for executing inflight safety and security protocols, facilitating in-flight food, beverage, and duty-free sales, and working collaboratively with the team to deliver exceptional customer service, addressing passenger needs and inquiries.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Applicants must be a Hong Kong Permanent Resident and at least 18 years of age. A minimum arm reach of 208cm and successful completion of a pre-employment medical assessment are required. Candidates should possess a minimum of Grade E in 5 HKCEE subjects or a minimum Level 2 in 5 HKDSE NSS subjects, including English and Chinese, or equivalent qualifications. Excellent command of spoken and written English is essential. Proficiency in additional languages, particularly Japanese or Korean, is advantageous.
