Pentastar Aviation is seeking a highly qualified Pilot-in-Command to ensure the safe, comfortable, and timely operation of aircraft while adhering to all FAA regulations. The Pilot-in-Command holds ultimate responsibility for the safety of passengers and crew. The successful candidate will supervise the flight crew and make critical decisions regarding flight routes, speed, take-off and landing times to meet scheduling demands. This includes assessing and responding to potential delays, rerouting needs, or flight cancellations. When not actively flying, the pilot may perform other general departmental duties. Preference will be given to current and qualified candidates.
This position is based in Waterford, MI. Candidates must reside within a two-hour radius of Waterford, MI. Crew members can anticipate flying approximately 175-200 hours annually.
