The Simulator Instructor will play a crucial role in the development of PSA Airlines pilots. This individual will collaborate with the Check Airman Supervisor and Flight Training Administration, ensuring effective scheduling, progress monitoring, and accurate record-keeping for early-stage pilot training. This role will also support the Director of Training and Manager of Simulator Training and Standards in maintaining up-to-date departmental goals, policies and procedures. This position is not line qualified and is not on the PSA Pilot Seniority list. Specific responsibilities include:

This role operates in a professional office environment, utilizing standard office equipment. The position requires the ability to communicate, stand, walk, climb stairs, lift up to 25 lbs, handle or feel objects, and reach with hands and arms. All employees must pass a fingerprint-based criminal history records check (CHRC) and a pre-employment drug screen.
