Cessna 206 Pilot - Fort Smith, NWT

Northwestern Air Lease LTD seeks highly skilled and experienced pilots for a full-time position operating Cessna 206 aircraft from our Fort Smith, NWT base. This exciting opportunity offers a competitive compensation package and a supportive work environment.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Monthly salary: $5,000
• Charter flight supplemental pay: $35 per hour
• Provided crew housing and company vehicle for transportation
• Contract period: May 1, 2024 – September 30, 2024, with potential for extension flying the Jetstream aircraft.
• Full per diem for all ENR flights.
• Company-sponsored airfare from the pilot's home city.
• Scheduled work: 20 days on, 5 days off per month.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

The successful candidate will demonstrate a steadfast commitment to safety, consistently making sound judgments in challenging and variable weather conditions. Applicants must possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a collaborative and professional atmosphere with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.

• Minimum 600 hours PIC, with preference given to candidates possessing 1000+ hours PIC.
• Experience operating in challenging weather conditions is highly desirable.
