Boeing is seeking an exceptional and experienced Global Engagement Pilot to be strategically based in Haneda/Narita, Japan. This pivotal, high-visibility role provides a unique opportunity to collaborate extensively with professionals across the aviation industry, making a profound impact on the safety and operational effectiveness of Boeing flight operations and those of its global customers.
The Global Engagement Pilot will engage directly with a diverse range of stakeholders, including pilots, airline managers, regulatory authorities, senior executives, peers, supporting team personnel, and Subject Matter Experts. As an integral member of the Pilot Services Team, this role is responsible for extensive customer engagement, with the primary objective of enhancing flight operations safety and optimizing the utilization of Boeing products. The position also entails acting as a key representative of The Boeing Company for industry and regulatory interactions. Occasional opportunities will arise for the Global Engagement Pilot to serve as Pilot-in-Command on flights and to deploy to customer sites in an instructor capacity.

This position requires significant international and transoceanic travel, approximately 50% of the time.
