The ideal candidate possesses a Transport Canada Commercial Licence and a Transport Canada Float Rating. A current CAT 1 Medical certificate is required.
This role necessitates a minimum of 500 hours Pilot-in-Command (PIC) experience, including a minimum of 200 hours on floats and 100 hours on the Cessna Caravan.
The successful applicant demonstrates strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and communication skills. He or she must be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. English proficiency is essential. The candidate should be capable of lifting 50 lbs. Mountain flying experience is considered a valuable asset. A Class 5 (or equivalent) driver's licence is required.
