Cabin Crew Member - Network Aviation
Network Aviation, a proud subsidiary of the Qantas Group, invites applications for a permanent full-time Cabin Crew Member position based in Perth, Western Australia. This exciting opportunity will see you contribute to providing exceptional service and safety onboard our fleet of F100, A319, and A320 aircraft, connecting diverse communities across regional Western Australia.
Serving regional destinations such as Busselton, Karratha, and Broome, you will also play a crucial role in delivering a seamless travel experience on charter flights for FIFO workers and corporate clients. Prior to embarking on your journey with Network Aviation, you will undergo comprehensive training to ensure you are confident managing any situation onboard.
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Anticipate customer needs and adhere to established policies and procedures.
- Provide a caring approach to nervous flyers, demonstrating respect for cultural and linguistic diversity.
- Adhere to relevant training requirements and successfully pass all training assessments.
- Foster positive relationships with team members and contribute to the team's overall performance.
- Maintain personal grooming standards and ensure the cleanliness of all cabin areas.
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Recent experience in a customer-facing role.
- Height between 163cm - 183cm with the ability to reach 212cm.
- A valid First Aid and CPR Certificate or willingness to obtain.
- A Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate or willingness to obtain.
- Excellent health and fitness, including the ability to swim and tread water.
- Right to work in Australia without restriction or sponsorship.
Successful candidates will be invited to attend our upcoming Assessment Centre.
