Fiji Airlines, headquartered in Nadi, Fiji, is actively recruiting experienced and type-rated Boeing 737NG and MAX Captains. Aircraft and Operations

The Fiji Airlines fleet includes Airbus A330, A350, and Boeing 737NG/MAX aircraft. Successful candidates will be integral to the airline's expanding network and strategic route development.

Contract and Benefits

Fiji Airlines offers highly attractive, renewable 3-year contracts, specifically designed to appeal to pilots based in the Australian and New Zealand regions. To facilitate commuting, Fiji Airlines provides commuting tickets between the crew member's contract base and Nadi for the commencement of duty. Additional benefits include:

Remuneration and Benefits Summary (Captains)

• Aircraft Type: A350/A330/B737NG
• Monthly Payment (Year 1): NZD 17,428 (for 70 hours)
• Accommodation Allowance: NZD 2,240 per month
• Operating Base: Nadi, Fiji
• Excess Flying Pay: Greater than 70 flight hours per month paid at 125% of the hourly rate
• Flight Duty Pay: NZD 10 per block hour
• Annual Leave: 24 days
• Days Off per Month: 10 days

Requirements for B737NG & MAX Captains

Prospective candidates must meet the following essential criteria:

1. Valid B737NG type rating
2. Minimum of 500 Pilot in Command (PIC) hours on the B737NG
3. Minimum of 2,000 jet hours
4. Minimum of 3,500 total flight hours
5. Recent flight experience on the relevant type within the last 12 months
6. Maximum age of 60 years
7. Valid ICAO ATPL (Airline Transport Pilot License)
8. Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate
9. ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 5 or above
