Essential Pilot Requirements

Prospective Captains must satisfy the following minimum qualifications and experience criteria:

Possession of a valid B737NG type rating is mandatory.
Minimum 500 hours Pilot in Command (PIC) experience on the B737NG aircraft type.
A minimum of 2,000 hours of total jet time.
A minimum of 3,500 hours of total flying time.
Must have flown the B737 type within the last 12 months.
Maximum age limit of 60 years at the time of application.
Holding a valid ICAO Air Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL).
Possession of a valid First Class Medical Certificate.
Demonstrated ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 5 or above.
