Fiji Airways Captain and First Officer Positions

Fiji Airways, based in Nadi, Fiji, invites applications for Type-Rated B737NG & MAX Captain positions. These are three-year renewable contracts offering a highly attractive opportunity for pilots in the Australia and New Zealand regions. Fiji Airways operates a fleet of A330, A350, and B737NG/MAX aircraft, servicing destinations throughout New Zealand, the Pacific Islands, and extending to Los Angeles, Vancouver, Hong Kong, and Australia.

Competitive Monthly Salary: Year 1 salaries commence at NZD 17,428 for Captains (for 70 block hours) and NZD 10,208 for First Officers (for 70 block hours). Overtime is payable at 125% of the hourly rate for hours exceeding 70 per month. Additional flight duty pay of NZD 10 per block hour is also provided.
Generous Allowances: A monthly accommodation allowance of NZD 2,240 is provided.
Time Off: Ten days off per month and 24 days of annual leave are offered, along with 12 days of sick leave.
Comprehensive Insurance: Emergency medical insurance is provided.
Commuting Benefits: Fiji Airways provides commuting tickets between the crew member's contract base and Nadi for duty commencement.

Valid B737NG Type Rating
Minimum 500 hours PIC on B737NG
Minimum 2,000 hours jet time
Minimum 3,500 hours total time
Recent experience: B737 type flown within the last 12 months
Maximum age of 60 years
Valid ICAO ATPL
Valid First Class Medical Certificate
ICAO English Level 5 or above
