Aviation Captain - Airbus Fleet (A320 NEO/A330/A350) - Taiwan
On behalf of a leading international airline, ALG is seeking experienced and highly skilled Aviation Captains to join their expanding Airbus fleet based in Taiwan. Key Responsibilities:
- Operates aircraft in strict adherence to all aviation regulations and company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Takes command of flight deck operations, prioritizing safety and efficiency throughout all phases of flight.
- Manages essential pre-flight activities including flight planning, performance calculations, and aircraft inspections.
- Conducts post-flight duties, including reporting and documentation.
- Provides supervision and mentorship to First Officers, fostering a collaborative and effective flight deck environment.
- Maintains close coordination with cabin crew to ensure seamless flight operations and passenger experience.
- Actively participates in all required recurrent training programs to uphold currency in aircraft type and regulatory standards.
- Demonstrates strong leadership, Cockpit Resource Management (CRM), and sound decision-making capabilities aligned with the airline's high standards.
Essential Requirements:
- Holds a valid ICAO Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL).
- Possesses a current type rating for the A320 NEO, A330, or A350 aircraft.
- Meets the airline's minimum total and command hour requirements (minimum 1500 hours total command).
- Holds an ICAO English Proficiency Level 4 or above.
- Possesses a valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.
- Must be willing and able to relocate to Taiwan and commit to the established commuting roster.
