B777 Captain Upgrade Opportunity
Central Airlines is currently seeking qualified B737 Captains for a transition and upgrade program to the B777 fleet, based in Shenzhen, China. This position offers an open-ended contract with competitive compensation and flexible rostering.
Key Requirements

Valid ATPL with B737 type rating.

Minimum of 5,000 hours total time (TT).

Minimum of 800 hours Pilot in Command (PIC) on B737 NG, with recent experience on type.

Candidate age must be below 50 years.

Must meet all CAAC requirements regarding ATPL and passport eligibility.
Compensation and Benefits

Monthly salary starting at USD 14,000.

Flexible roster options: 20 days on/10 days off or 40 days on/20 days off.
Selection Process
Central Airlines conducts interviews monthly in China. All interview-related travel expenses are covered by the airline.
