Position Overview:

A reputable airline client based in China is seeking highly experienced B737 Captains for an exciting upgrade pathway to B777 Captain positions. This role presents a significant career advancement opportunity for pilots seeking to command a wide-body aircraft within a dynamic international environment.

Key Requirements:

• Holds a current and valid FAA or EASA Airline Transport Pilot License (ATP) with a B737 Type Rating.
• Possesses a minimum of 800 Pilot-In-Command (PIC) hours on the B737 aircraft type.
• Candidates must be below 50 years of age at the time of application.
• Demonstrates recent operational flying experience.
• Maintains a clean aviation safety record, free from past accidents or incidents.

Recruitment Process:

The selection process is comprehensive and is estimated to take approximately six months from the initial application submission. Key assessment stages, including simulator evaluations, are conducted in Dubai, with a recent assessment window scheduled between May 15th and 20th.
