Position Overview

The Human Resources Specialist will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing the human capital of Jettime A/S. The successful candidate will be instrumental in various HR functions, including but not limited to recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, training coordination, and HR administration. This role requires a proactive approach to ensuring compliance with labor laws and cultivating a positive organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities

Support the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing to offering and onboarding.
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and facilitating constructive dialogue.
Administer HR programs and benefits.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity.
Contribute to talent management initiatives and employee development programs.
Ensure compliance with all relevant Danish labor laws and regulations.
