Responsibilities:
As a Cabin Crew member at Jet2.com, you will:
- Deliver high-quality care, including first aid and general passenger assistance.
- Ensure the safety and security of passengers and colleagues on every flight.
- Create memorable onboard experiences while providing our renowned friendly customer service.
- Promote and sell our selection of in-flight products through exceptional service.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
While previous experience is not mandatory, we seek individuals who:
- Enjoy delivering exceptional customer service.
- Possess clear and engaging communication skills.
- Demonstrate a strong awareness of safety protocols at all times.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail.
- Are motivated to achieve sales targets.
- Work effectively as part of a team.
- Comply with health and safety regulations, including the ability to continually fasten the safety harness for the Crew Jump Seat and meet reach requirements.
Key Details:
All Cabin Crew opportunities are offered on a full-time Fixed Term Contract basis. Our 24/7 operation means your working hours will vary each week and will include very early starts and late finishes. To be eligible, you must be able to provide full references for the last 5 years and pass satisfactory criminal record checks.
To prepare for a successful career with our award-winning airline, you will complete a CAA-approved 4-week training course, held locally to your base, providing essential skills and knowledge to excel in your role.
