Jet Linx | G200 First Officer

Jet Linx is seeking a highly qualified Second in Command for a Gulfstream G200, operating under Part 91 and 135 regulations. This is a full-time position based in Albuquerque, NM. The ideal candidate must reside, or be willing to relocate, within a two-hour call-out radius of the home base.

The Second in Command reports directly to the Base Chief Pilot and is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of company aircraft, adhering to Federal Aviation Regulations and company procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Total Flight Time: 2500 hours
  • Pilot-in-Command Time: 500 hours
  • Multi-Engine Flight Time: 500 hours
  • Turbine Flight Time: 100 hours
  • Instrument Flight Time: 150 hours

Essential Functions:

  • Manage duty, flight, and rest periods in accordance with company and CFR requirements.
  • Maintain consistent communication with the company regarding standby assignments, trip notifications, position updates, and pre- and post-flight reports.
  • Maintain and manage electronic flight bag (EFB) hardware and software.
  • Ensure all navigation charts, publications, and company manuals are current.
  • Maintain a valid First Class Medical Certificate.
  • Demonstrate strong, proactive decision-making abilities.
  • Uphold Jet Linx's core values in all professional interactions.

Other Requirements:

  • Preferred: Initial or Recurrent 142 training in type within the last 24 months.
  • Possess a valid U.S. driver's license.
  • Provide proof of eligibility to work within the United States.
  • Maintain a current passport.
  • Possess an ATP (or have the ability to obtain an ATP).
  • Hold a valid First Class Medical Certificate.
  • Possess an FCC Restricted Radio License.
  • Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening and comply with random drug/alcohol testing as required.
  • Unrestricted ability to travel to all EU, Canada, and Caribbean countries.
  • Ability to pass an FAA Pilot Record Database review with a System Chief Pilot.
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • Must be able to frequently work in and around aircraft and aircraft terminals.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds frequently.
