Pilot in Command – Gulfstream G200
Full-Time Position – Austin, TX
Jet Linx seeks a highly qualified Pilot in Command (PIC) for its super midsize jet aircraft, operating under Part 91 and 135 flight operations. The successful candidate must reside, or be prepared to relocate, within a two-hour call-out radius of the Austin base.
Position Summary:
The PIC reports directly to the Base Chief Pilot. Responsibilities encompass the safe and efficient operation of company aircraft, adhering strictly to all Federal Aviation Regulations and established company procedures.
Minimum Requirements:
- Total Flight Time: 3,500 hours
- Total PIC Time: 2,000 hours
- Multi-Crew Time: 1,000 hours
- Multi-Engine Time: 1,000 hours
- Multi-Engine PIC Time: 500 hours
- Turbine Time: 1,000 hours
- Total Turbine PIC Time: 1,000 hours
- Total Instrument Time: 300 hours
- Total Jet Time: 1,500 hours
- Total Jet PIC Time: 500 hours
Essential Functions:
- Adherence to company and CFR-mandated duty, flight, and rest time requirements.
- Maintaining consistent communication with the company regarding standby duty, trip notifications, position calls, and pre- and post-flight reports.
- Proper maintenance and management of electronic flight bag (EFB) hardware and applications.
- Ensuring all navigation charts, publications, and company manuals are current.
- Maintaining a valid First-Class medical certificate.
- Demonstrating strong, proactive decision-making skills.

Other Requirements:
- Recent (within the last 24 months) completion of Initial or Recurrent 142 type training is preferred.
- Valid U.S. driver's license.
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
- Current passport.
- ATP certification (or ability to obtain).
- First-Class Medical Certificate.
- FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit.
- Successful completion of pre-employment drug screening and compliance with random drug/alcohol testing.
- Unrestricted ability to travel to all EU, Canadian, and Caribbean countries.
- Successful completion of an FAA Pilot Record Database review with a System Chief Pilot.
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to perform frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds, primarily in and around aircraft and terminals.
