Second in Command - Heavy Jet Aircraft
This position is responsible for assisting the Captain in the operation of heavy jet aircraft within a Part 91 and 135 flight operations environment. The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of aviation regulations and demonstrate a commitment to safety and professionalism.
Qualifications:
- Minimum total flight time: 2,500 hours
- Minimum multi-engine land time: 500 hours
- Minimum PIC time: 500 hours
- Minimum turbine time: 100 hours
Responsibilities:
- Adhere to company and CFR regulations regarding duty, flight, and rest times.
- Maintain effective communication with the company regarding standby duty assignments, trip notifications, position calls, and pre- and post-flight reports.
- Manage and maintain electronic flight bag (EFB) hardware and applications.
- Residence or willingness to relocate within a 2-hour call-out time of the home base is required.
