Second in Command (SIC) - Midsize Jet Aircraft
This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified aviation professional to join our team and contribute to our Part 91 and 135 flight operations. As a Second in Command (SIC), you will be responsible for supporting the pilot-in-command in the safe and efficient operation of our midsize jet aircraft.
Responsibilities:
- Manage duty, flight, and rest times in accordance with company policies and Federal Aviation Regulations (CFRs).
- Maintain effective communication with the company regarding standby duty assignments, trip notifications, position calls, and pre- and post-flight reports.
- Maintain and manage electronic flight bag (EFB) hardware and applications.
Qualifications:
- Minimum total flight time: 1,500 hours
- Minimum multi-engine land time: 500 hours
- Minimum total pilot-in-command (PIC) time: 500 hours
- Minimum turbine time: 100 hours
Location:
Applicants must reside, or be willing to relocate, to the base area. A two-hour call-out time from the home base is expected.
