Aviation Pilot - Flight Operations
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our flight operations team. This role requires an individual who demonstrates excellence in aviation safety, regulatory compliance, and team leadership.
Core Responsibilities

Lead safe and efficient flight operations, including comprehensive pre-flight and post-flight inspections.

Execute flight planning, including the analysis of weather patterns and route conditions to facilitate informed operational decision-making.

Provide leadership and mentorship to crew members to foster professional development.

Manage crew performance reviews, scheduling, and training coordination to ensure seamless operational continuity.

Maintain the flexibility to work a variable schedule in alignment with diverse flight mission profiles.
Professional Requirements
Candidates must possess the following qualifications and experience:

Certifications:
Airline Transport Pilot Certificate and an FAA First Class Medical.

Total Flight Experience:
Minimum 3,500 hours of total fixed-wing flight time.

Pilot in Command:
Minimum 1,500 hours as Pilot in Command.

Multi-Engine Experience:
Minimum 1,500 hours Multi-Engine Land.

Turbojet/Turbine Experience:
Minimum 500 hours turbojet time and 500 hours turbine time.

Night/Instrument Experience:
Minimum 100 hours night flight time and 75 hours of simulated instrument time.

Industry Tenure:
At least 5 years of professional aviation experience.
