Jet Aviation - BBJ NG Captain (Hong Kong-based)

Role Overview
The BBJ NG Captain will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our Boeing fleet based in Hong Kong. Reporting to the Director of Flight Operations, the Captain will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of flight safety, adhering to all relevant regulations, and providing professional service to our discerning clientele.
Key Responsibilities
- Safety First: Prioritize the safety of all crew members, passengers, and cargo onboard at all times.
- Operational Excellence: Strictly adhere to all operational procedures and checklists outlined in the Operations Manual (FOM).
- Crew Management: Ensure that all crew members are in their designated positions during critical phases of flight, including take-off, initial climb, final approach, and landing.
- Flight Coordination: Coordinate work distribution within the flight crew to maximize good airmanship and ensure a smooth and efficient flight.
- Navigation and Observation: Maintain precise navigation and adherence to minimum altitude requirements.
- Aircraft Systems: Observe the limitations of all aircraft systems, ensuring their proper use and handling.
- Checklists: Enforce the strict use of checklists to maintain a consistent and safe operational environment.
- Fuel Management: Ensure that sufficient usable fuel remains to reach a safe landing destination, including final reserve fuel.
- Cabin Communication: Maintain close contact with the cabin crew to ensure compliance with all cabin safety requirements.
- Documentation: Complete flight and technical logs accurately and diligently.
- Incident Reporting: File written occurrence and accident reports as required.
- Regulations and Procedures: Maintain familiarity with relevant aviation regulations, JBJH/JBJS operations manual, and agreed aviation practices.
- Professional Conduct: Maintain a high standard of discipline, conduct, and appearance as a representative of Jet Aviation.
- Compliance: Adhere to the regulations outlined in the Operations Manual (FOM) and Air Navigation Order (ANO).
- Passenger Briefing: Ensure all passengers are briefed on the location of emergency exits and the location and use of safety and emergency equipment.
Qualifications and Experience
- Current on type BBJ NG / Max 8.
- FAA/EASA license preferred.
- Significant experience in private jet operations.
