BBJ NG Captain - Hong Kong
Jet Aviation, a global leader in aviation services since 1967, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced BBJ NG Captain to join its Flight Operations team in Hong Kong.
This role is crucial in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of Boeing aircraft based in Hong Kong. The successful candidate will report to the Director of Flight Operations and be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of flight safety and operational procedures, while providing exceptional service to our esteemed clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safety: Prioritize and ensure the safety of all crew members, passengers, and cargo onboard.
- Compliance: Uphold strict adherence to all operational procedures, checklists, and regulations outlined in the Operations Manual (FOM).
- Crew Management: Coordinate and manage the flight crew to optimize airmanship and flight execution.
- Navigation and Observation: Maintain precise navigation and adherence to minimum altitude requirements.
- Aircraft Systems: Ensure a thorough understanding and proper handling of all aircraft systems.
- Fuel Management: Calculate and ensure sufficient usable fuel to reach a safe landing destination with adequate final reserve fuel.
- Cabin Safety: Maintain close communication with the cabin crew to ensure adherence to all cabin safety requirements.
- Documentation: Complete all flight and technical logs accurately and diligently.
- Incident Reporting: File comprehensive written occurrence and accident reports when necessary.
- Regulation Awareness: Remain current on all relevant aviation regulations, JBJH/JBJS operations manual, and agreed aviation practices.
- Professionalism: Maintain a high standard of discipline, conduct, and appearance, representing the company with utmost professionalism.
- Passenger Briefing: Ensure all passengers receive detailed briefings on emergency exit locations and the proper use of safety and emergency equipment.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Current on type BBJ NG / Max 8.
- FAA/EASA license highly preferred.
- Extensive experience operating private jets.
