Global XRS Captain (Hong Kong-based) - Jet Aviation Business Jets (Hong Kong) Limited
Jet Aviation, renowned for its unwavering commitment to crafting seamless flight experiences since 1967, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global XRS Captain to join its Flight Operations team in Hong Kong.
As an integral part of the Jet Aviation team, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of Bombardier Global XRS aircraft, adhering to the highest standards of professionalism and airmanship.
Responsibilities:
- Prioritize the safety of all crew members, passengers, and cargo onboard the aircraft at all times.
- Strictly adhere to operational procedures and checklists outlined in the Operations Manual (FOM).
- Ensure all crew members are in their designated stations prior to takeoff, final approach, and landing.
- Prohibit any crew member from engaging in activities during takeoff, initial climb, final approach, and landing, except for those essential to the aircraft's safe operation.
- Maintain the integrity of flight data and cockpit voice recorder recordings, ensuring they are not disabled or erased except in cases of incident or accident investigation where data preservation is necessary.
- Effectively coordinate workload distribution among the flight crew to optimize airmanship throughout the flight.
- Maintain precise navigation and adhere to minimum altitude requirements.
- Uphold strict adherence to checklist procedures.
- Ensure sufficient usable fuel remains for safe landing at a designated airport, including final reserve fuel.
- Maintain open communication with the cabin crew to ensure compliance with cabin safety protocols.
- Complete flight and technical logs accurately.
- File comprehensive written occurrence and accident reports as needed.
- Stay abreast of relevant aviation regulations, JBJH/JBJS operations manual, and accepted aviation practices.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance, representing the company with utmost integrity.
- Adhere to regulations outlined in the Operations Manual (FOM) and Air Navigation Order (ANO).
- Provide comprehensive safety briefings to all passengers, outlining the location of emergency exits and safety equipment.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Current on type Bombardier Global XRS.
- Minimum 500 hours on type.
- AOC Operation experience.
- Willingness to relocate to Hong Kong.
